कोविद के दौरान अपना इलाज़
कैसे करवाएँ
1- डॉक्टर के पास जाने से
पहले अस्पताल में फोन करके पूछें की, क्या डॉक्टर फोन पर परामर्श देते हैं।
2- फोन पर परामर्श लें।
अगर जरूरत हो, तभी अस्पताल जाएँ।
3- अगर अस्पताल में आपके
शरीर का तापमान, ऑक्सिजन saturation, हाथ पैर धोना, सामाजिक दूरी बनाना आदि
की व्यवस्था नहीं दिखे, तो आप खतरे में हैं।
4- अगर आपको फ़ेस मास्क सही
तरीके से लगाने के लिए नहीं टोका गया, तो आप खतरे मे हैं।
5- अगर डॉक्टर,
सिस्टर, आदि बिना फ़ेस मास्क और बाकी जरूरी सावधानी के साथ मरीज न देख
रहें हों, तो आप खतरे मे हैं।
6- बार बार इस्तेमाल मे
आने वाली चीज़ें जैसे ब्लड प्रेसर मशीन, thermometer, स्टेथोस्कोप, बैठने वाली कुर्सी, लेटने वाला काउच,
वजन नापने वाली मशीन, आदि अगर हर मरीज के बाद sanitize नहीं किया जा रहा है, तो आप खतरे मे हैं।
7- भर्ती होना या कोई
ऑपरेशन करवाना आपको अत्यधिक खतरे में डालता है। बिना emergency ऐसा न करें।
8- अगर आपको किसी
रिश्तेदार को देखने अस्पताल जाना पड़े तो सावधानी रखें,
सामाजिक दूरी बनाए रखें, किसी भी चीज़ को न छूएँ,
बच्चों को अस्पताल न ले जाएँ।
9- अस्पताल से घर आ कर
नहाना तथा कपड़े धोना अति आवश्यक है।
